the room was spacious (i stayed in a beautiful double room). the spa and pool facilities provided good opportunities for relaxation. the gym featured treadmills and stationary bikes. staff were consistently helpful and available to address any questions.
the wifi signal in certain areas of the hotel was unstable. this. i think that this should be fixed.

i found the reception staff particularly helpful with my unusual requests. the hotel also has clean grounds and rooms, which i found very important. the dining area maintained the same standard of cleanliness. i appreciated having filtered water available and easily accessible.
The coffee included with breakfast was not good. i had to purchase a double espresso. I thought this should have been complimentary, given the cost of the room. Though it wasn't a major issue.

the staff was super friendly and cute. Nothing reminded me of too much trouble. the spa and pool were a total bonus to the hotel and totally worth visiting!!! i really enjoyed how clean and spacious the rooms were too.

The dinner service was REALLY slow. I waited an hour for my drink order. My burger arrived with a fly. The replacement burger was cold. The hotel was to have difficulty stocking the kitchen appropriately.
